You may only use this site for its intended purpose. You must be 18 or older to use the website, and to place orders or have the bill payers and carer's permission.
Moorland Toybox shall not be liable to any person(s) for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website.
All rights, including copyright and images, on this website are owned or licensed with approval for Moorland Toybox.

Product descriptions
Moorland Toybox operates over multiples sales platforms. Whilst we do our best to unite prices accross our various channels, there may be occasions where an item(s) is priced differently on one or more of these platforms. Each product is sold to include VAT.
Damaged, missing items or late orders
If there are any issues with your order such as missing items, damages to the items/package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package so we can resolve the issues swiftly. Please see the returns page for more information on this.
If your order hasn't arrived within the given timescale, please attempt to track your order with the tracking number provided. If there are issues with this or you'd like assistance doing so, don't hesitate to contact us for help. In the event a package cannot be tracked or located and appears to be lost, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Liability limitations
The terms and conditions set out on this page do not affect your statutory rights.
All disclaimers and exclusions stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
