14 day returns policy
We offer a 14 day refund policy on all purchases. So we process a return, please include your shipping invoice or order details (order number, name, and postcode) in the package.
We recommend to return any parcels through Royal Mail recorded postage. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of returned parcels.
Conditions of return
Items must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Once received, if the item(s) is not faulty, we will refund the cost of the item(s) within 3–5 working days.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Faulty items
If your item(s) are faulty, please send in a picture/video so we can investigate.
If anything needs to be returned due it's fault, we will cover the return postage so we can raise the fault to manufacturers.
If product damage is deemed to be intentional, or malicious; a refund shall not be issued. This includes the original price paid, delivery, and any return costs incurred by the buyer.
Other stuff to know
Refunds can only be issued to the card payment used on the order.
Replacement goods can only be sent to the same address as the original order.
When to expect a refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel. It may take 3-5 working days for funds to appear in your account (exc weekends and bank holidays)
